Mark Carey (UCD PhD 2005) wins Elinor Melville Prize for Latin American Environmental History

Mark Carey, UCD PhD 2005, recently won the Elinor Melville Prize for Latin American Environmental History at the 2012 AHA for his book In the Shadow of the Melting Glaciers: Climate Change and Andean Society (Oxford, 2010).  He is Assistant Professor at the Clarks Honors College, University of Oregon.
