Following the campus guidelines for Coronavirus all UC Davis classes, lectures, seminars, labs and discussion sections will move to virtual instruction and remain virtual through the end of fall quarter 2020, including final exams. Cox Wins Joseph Graduate Research Award

Congratulations to Stephen Cox, who has been awarded a Suad Joseph Graduate Research Award for his project, "Hegemony, Masculinity, and Mission in the Muslim Brotherhood of Egypt." This award is generously funded by Suad Joseph, Distinguished Professor of Anthropology and Women and Gender Studies, who donated part of her 2014 UC Davis Teaching Prize to Middle East and/or South Asia Studies. As part of the award, Cox will present his findings next spring at the ME/SA graduate and undergraduate students' research colloquium.
