Following the campus guidelines for Coronavirus all UC Davis classes, lectures, seminars, labs and discussion sections will move to virtual instruction and remain virtual through the end of spring quarter 2020, including final exams. Serpa-Flack Wins Fulbright Scholarship

The History Department congratulates doctoral candidate Ashley Serpa-Flack, who has received a Fulbright award for her dissertation research in Portugal during the next academic year.

Serpa-Flack, who is fluent in Portuguese, will be researching reactions to U.S. policies on decolonization in the 1960s and 1970s, under the guidance of Professor Kathy Olmsted. Ashley has also received numerous smaller grants supporting her research.
