Following the campus guidelines for Coronavirus all UC Davis classes, lectures, seminars, labs and discussion sections will move to virtual instruction and remain virtual through the end of fall quarter 2020, including final exams. Professor Walker Wins 2021 PROSE Award

Congratulations to Professor Charles Walker for winning the 2021 PROSE Award from the Association of American Publishers for his graphic history, Witness the Age of Revolution: The Odyssey of Juan Bautista Tupac Amaru!

Witness the Age of Revolution was among 45 books in the nonfiction graphic novel category of the annual Professional and Scholarly Excellence (PROSE) competition. The graphic history tells the story of Juan Bautista Túpac Amaru, who was a Spanish prisoner for 40 years for his half-brother's role in the 1780-1783 Andean revolt. Congratulations Professor Walker!
