Minor in History

The minor in history prepares students to think critically and aids in overall writing development, which pair well with any major offered at UC Davis.

Interested in pursuing a minor in history?

The minor in history consists of five upper-division courses chosen so that at least three courses are in one field and at least one course is in another field. The two fields shall be chosen from among those defined in the catalog for the major. However, students may also, in consultation with and with the authorization of an adviser, define other thematic fields.
